D660 Series Cleanroom Door

The D660 is a high-performance upgraded cleanroom door developed by Victory Door based on the D668 and D669 models, designed for environments with demanding requirements for airtightness and cleanliness. The main door structure has been upgraded from galvanized steel to high-strength stainless steel, significantly enhancing corrosion resistance and structural durability. Special optimization of the door head cover and shaft ensures full contact between the wind-facing side and the head cover when closed, achieving a major breakthrough in airtightness. The control box is now embedded within the door frame, creating a smooth surface with no dust-collecting, making cleaning and maintenance more convenient. The safety system has been upgraded from traditional photocell sensors to a light grid sensor system, offering denser detection and faster response for precise and comprehensive protection of personnel and equipment. The D660 also retains essential safety features such as the self-repair reset function and flexible anti-collision curtain—automatically resetting after accidental derailment and stopping immediately upon impact. Ideal for pharmaceutical workshops, sterile laboratories, high-cleanliness food packaging areas, and semiconductor cleanrooms, the D660 delivers a more reliable isolation barrier for premium clean environments through comprehensive upgrades in materials, structure, and intelligent safety systems.
