Product features
High-speed spiral doors is specially tailored for continuous use in industrial fields; The opening speed 1.0-2.0m/s, and the closing speed 0.5-0.8m/s.
Door panel Double-walled aluminum filled with polyurethane insulation material inside. Special broken bridge design. Thermally insulated. The lath thickness is 43, 80 mm according to the size of the door or customer request.
Door color: white, silver, gray, aluminum alloy primary color
Collecting track:The door laths will not be rolled upon each other but kept in a certain and space-saving distance from each other by the spiral. High-speed spiral doors run smoothly without wear thanks to the spiral system and the mechanical principle can handle the challenges of heavy daily operation.
Round, oval, or lift installation modes can be selected according to the installation space.
High-strength spring balancing system: always keeps the door panel in a stable state, reaching 250,000 maintenance-free trips per year.
Configuration safety system: infrared security: each door is equipped with a photoelectric protection system, which is positioned between 0.3m and 0.4m to prevent the rolling door from falling and touching pedestrians or vehicles, making the door more secure.
