L300 Insulated Sectional Door

The L300 is a rigid industrial sectional door launched by Victory Door, designed for scenarios with high requirements for wind resistance, thermal insulation, and sealing, such as logistics warehouses and industrial plants. The door panels feature a double-layer steel structure filled with high-density polyurethane foam, offering far superior wind resistance compared to flexible high-speed doors and stable performance against strong winds and harsh weather, while also providing effective thermal insulation for warehouses with general temperature control needs. The product can be combined with dock shelters and hydraulic dock levelers to form a complete loading bay system, widely used in distribution center loading docks, production facility exterior openings, and large garages. Although its opening speed (approximately 0.2–0.3 m/s) is lower than that of flexible high-speed doors (which can reach up to 2.5 m/s), the L300 offers a reliable choice for customers prioritizing safety and impact resistance, thanks to its sturdy rigid panel construction, long-term durability, and integrated system compatibility.

Product features

1. The door is made with insulated panels to provide minimal thermal transmission and equipped with tight seal, which reduces energy costs

2. Wider door panels and panels with windows are reinforced with metal profiles that act as wind trusses

3. To block downward to prevent accident, the door is equipped with five safety devices : anti- breakage steel wire rope, anti-rope-breakage cover, safety airbag, anti-pinch door panel, anti-torsion spring breakage.

Airbag

In the process of closing the door, if external mechanical pressure acts on the safety bottom edge or the wire breaks, the door will automatically stop falling and open to the position to avoid impact on people and objects

Torsion spring anti-fracture device:

In case the spring breaks, the torque safety installation will jam the spring shaft, so the door plate will be pulled by the wire rope, stopping the slide to avoid accidents.

Wire rope breaking prevention device:

The purpose of the anti-wire rope breakage device is to prevent the door body from falling immediately when the wire rope is broken or seriously worn, and to prevent personnel injury and property loss.
