Broadup evaluates the door opening dimensions, available installation space, ceiling height, pedestrian and vehicle traffic, production-line layout, operating frequency, and the positions of surrounding machinery, conveyors, pipelines, protective barriers, and electrical equipment.

We also analyze the function of each passage, including personnel access, forklift movement, material transfer, production-area separation, dust control, and environmental management. Based on these conditions, our engineering team identifies the required opening speed, sealing performance, safety level, control method, and structural configuration.

This detailed site assessment helps prevent installation conflicts and ensures that the selected industrial door integrates smoothly with the customer’s existing production process, equipment layout, and daily workflow.

After the site requirements are confirmed, Broadup develops a customized industrial door solution for the specific application.

The door dimensions, curtain or panel structure, frame material, sealing system, drive configuration, safety devices, and activation controls are selected according to the workshop conditions and operating requirements. Depending on the application, activation methods may include radar sensors, pull cords, push buttons, remote controls, induction loops, or integration with production-line and factory automation systems.

For high-frequency passages, particular attention is given to opening and closing speed, operational stability, impact resistance, visibility, and safety protection. Standardized Manufacturing and Comprehensive Testing

Once the technical drawings and specifications are approved, the door enters standardized production at Broadup’s manufacturing facility.

Installation, Commissioning, and Final Delivery


Broadup provides differentiated implementation services. Full on-site installation, system commissioning and complete operational testing are available for domestic projects. For overseas projects, we mainly offer remote installation guidance, and overseas engineers and installation supervisors can receive systematic hands-on training at our factory to complete standardized installation independently.
